3.2.1 CONTROL PANEL (Fig. B)

Multifunction button
a) "TEST" FUNCTION
Press the button repeatedly to scroll through the various TEST
modes available and select the desired one.
b) "START" FUNCTION
Press and hold for at least 2 seconds to select the start function.

a) LAMPS ON FUNCTION
Press the button repeatedly to scroll through the various lamp
on modes available and select the desired one.
b) LI BATTERY HEATING UNIT FUNCTION
Press and hold for at least 2 seconds to select the start function
of the heating unit Li battery inside the starter.

a) VEHICLE BATTERY VOLTAGE VALUE SELECTOR FUNCTION
(12V/24V model only)
Selects the voltage value of the vehicle battery being tested or
started from the two values available: 12V, 24V.
It is not necessary to select the battery voltage for the exclusive
12V model. An alarm appears on the display when a battery with
incompatible voltage is connected.
b) OUTPUT JACK SOCKET ENABLE FUNCTION
Press and hold for at least 2 seconds to enter the selection mode;
press the button repeatedly to scroll through the various output
programmes available and select the desired one. The USB port
is always enabled.

Indicates which construction technology has been selected for the
vehicle battery being tested, of the 5 options, only the selected
option will be visible:
WET: lead-acid battery with liquid electrolyte.
GEL:
lead-acid battery, sealed, with solid electrolyte.
AGM: lead-acid battery, sealed, with electrolyte on absorbent
material.
PbCa: lead-calcium battery.
Li:
Iron Li-phosphate battery (LiFePO 4 ).

displays: the voltage value of the vehicle battery being tested,
results of the alternator self-priming capacity tests and the vehicle
battery starter capacity, alarm codes, etc.

displays the temperature value of the starter Li battery.

indicates a thermal alarm on the starter Li battery.

indicates that the starter Li battery is recharging.

indicates that the heating unit of the starter Li battery has been

indicates the general alarm combined with other symbols and/or

indicates the activation of the jack socket output, it only displays
the voltage value selected from the three available.
