VIII.User's Operations
Operation Steps:
1. Sterilise and clean the surface of the Warmer before use with a disinfection wipe
2. Hang the Warmer on the IV stand or other support with the Suspension Belt and adjust the belt to required height.
3. Put the infusion tube ( 4mm) into the bottom of 'S'-shape Tube Channel of the Warmer,
4. Plug the Warmer in using the AC power adaptor; the Power Indicator will show a green light. The Run Indicator shows yellow when
the heating has begun. The Run Indicator will go out after the Heating Plate reaches the working temperature (41℃ or so). This
will then begin to heat the infusion liquid.
5. Alarm: the power supply will be automatically cut off when the Heating Plate reaches or exceeds 47℃ +2℃ . There will be a Red
light and an audible alarm.
6. Turn off the machine and remove from power source when infusion/transfusion is complete.
7. Sterilise and clean the surface of the infusion warmer after use.
8. The unit has a self-check mechanism and the overheat alarm will sound for a short period when the unit is turned on.
Attention:
1. The LCD DISPLAY shows the temperature at the exit of the Warmer once warmed.
2. The Temperature error display can vary depending on room temperature, length of tube, speed and liquid temperature.
IX. Maintenance
1. The temperature control performance should be examined regularly;
2. Measure the temperature of heating parts once warming is complete using a thermometer with 0.5 , increments, the value should
be in the range of 45~47 .
3. The surface of the device should be kept clean.
4. The heating surface should be sterilized and cleaned thoroughly before and after use using a disinfection wipe, in order to prevent
cross infection
5. Avoid damage to the surface of the tubing or warmer plate.
6. Avoid contact or immersion with liquids.
7. Ensure that unit is fixes securely and correctly to any support used to avoid injury or damage.
X. Warranty
The warranty period is one year, damages caused by any of the below are excluded:
1.
Incorrect use of the power supply or using a power supply not suitable for the product.
2.
Not using the product as instructed in the manual.
3.
Accidental or deliberate damage by users.
4.
Natural disasters with force majeure.

The cable is specific to the product and no other cables should be used as this may cause malfunction or electromagnetic problems.
For replacement, please use the cable with original specifications and its length should not be more than 2m.
