- Use cable ties (S) from the wiring set to secure the wiring harness to suitable points on the

vehicle's existing electrical installation.

- On the wheel cover, use cable ties (Q) to secure the wiring harness (F) to the vehicle's exist-
ing electrical installation at distances of approx. 15 - 20 cm apart.
- In addition, we recommend wrapping the wiring harness with abrasion-resistant tape where
it comes into contact with sharp edges on the body.

- Route the wiring harness (F) from the right-hand vehicle sill, parallel to the web for the rear
seats, and towards the left-hand vehicle sill.
- Secure the wiring harness to the web for the rear seats as shown in the corresponding fig-
ures. Make sure that the clips (N, P) and the cable tie (Q) are positioned correctly, depending
on whether the vehicle is left-hand or right-hand drive.
- Left-hand drive vehicle: Clips on the left-hand side of the vehicle (when viewed in the direc-
tion of travel).
- Right-hand drive vehicle: Clips on the right-hand side of the vehicle (when viewed in the
direction of travel).

- Route the remaining section of the wiring harness (F) parallel to the left-hand vehicle sill
and over to the BCM control unit and the fuse holder underneath the instrument cluster.
Use cable ties (Q) at distances of approx. 15 - 20 cm apart to secure the wiring harness to
the vehicle's existing electrical installation on the vehicle sill.

Connect the wires under the instrument cluster to the BCM control unit and to the fuse
holder as follows: Use the cutter set to remove the wires from the connectors.
- Fuse holder
- Connect the red/green wire to connection point F 44A.
- Connect the red/blue wire to connection point F 22A.
- Connect the red/black wire to connection point F 38A.
- Connect the red/yellow wire to connection point F 28A.
- Insert the corresponding fuses (L, M) into the wired connection points.
- Insert the connecting cable (J) into the fuse holder at connection point 121; protect the
connection using the cover (K). Insert the other end of the connecting cable into the free
connection point F 22 in the fuse holder.
- BCM control unit
- Use the 2-pin connector (G) to connect the black/red wire to the black/red wire for connec-
tor C – PIN 58.
- Use the 4-pin connector (H) to connect the black/purple wire to the black/purple wire for
connector A – PIN 14.
- Use the 4-pin connector (H) to connect the orange/green wire to the orange/green wire for
connector A – PIN 16.
- Use the 4-pin connector (H) to connect the orange/brown wire to the orange/brown wire for
connector A – PIN 17.
