Removing an abrasive wheel
: Use the combination wrench (1) to
loosen and remove the hexagon
bolt
: Remove the front thrust washer (2)
(flange) from the shaft together with
the abrasive wheel

Fitting a new abrasive wheel
: Fit the new abrasive wheel (1)
Note the arrows indicating the
direction of rotation on diamond
abrasive wheels!
: Fit the front thrust washer (2)
(flange). The catches of the front
thrust washer (flange) must engage
in the shaft grooves.
: Screw in the hexagon bolt and
tighten it with the combination
wrench. If using a torque wrench,
refer to the Specifications for the
tightening torque
: Draw the locking pin out of the
V-belt guard
Never use two abrasive wheels at
the same time. The uneven wear
creates a risk of breaking and an
injury hazard.
