3) Insert the projection located at the bottom of oil tank 2 into the waste oil hole of the oil pan.
4) Insert oil pipe 3 into fi lter 4 of the oil tank and fi x the pipe with a clip.
5) Pour the JUKI New Defrix Oil No. 2 into the oil tank until HIGH level is reached.
6) Add the same lubricating oil up to HIGH level as soon as the oil level has come down to LOW level.
7) After the lubrication, you can see from oil sight window 5 that the oil rises up when the operation is normal.
(However, the machine should run at 1,500 sti/min or more.)
3) Den Vorsprung an der Unterseite des Öltanks 2 in die Ablaßöffnung der Ölwanne einführen.
4) Die Ölleitung 3 in den Filter 4 des Öltanks einführen und mit einer Klemme sichern.
5) JUKI New Defrix Oil No. 2 bis zur Pegelmarke HIGH in den Öltank füllen.
6) Dasselbe Schmieröl bis zur Pegelmarke HIGH nachfüllen, sobald der Ölstand bis zur Pegelmarke LOW abgesunken ist.
7) Nach der Schmierung kann am Ölschauglas 5 festgestellt werden, daß der Ölstand steigt, wenn der Betrieb normal ist.
(Dazu muß die Maschine jedoch mit einer Geschwindigkeit von mindestens 1.500 sti/min laufen.)
3) Introduire l'ergot situé au-dessous du réservoir d'huile 2 dans l'orifi ce d'huile usée du bac d'huile.
4) Introduire le tuyau d'huile 3 dans le fi ltre 4 du réservoir d'huile et fi xer le tuyau avec un collier.
5) Verser de l'huile JUKI New Defrix Oil N° 2 dans le réservoir d'huile jusqu'au niveau HIGH.
6) Faire l'appoint de la même huile jusqu'au niveau HIGH dès que l'huile descend jusqu'au niveau LOW.
7) Après la lubrifi cation, on peut voir l'huile monter par le hublot de contrôle d'huile 5 pendant le fonctionnement normal de la machine.
(Toutefois, la machine doit tourner à 1.500 sti/min au moins.)
3) Inserte la parte saliente ubicada en la parte inferior del tanque de aceite 2 en el agujero del colector de aceite de desperdicio.
4) Inserte el tubo del aceite 3 en el fi ltro 4 del tanque del aceite y sujete el tubo con una grapa.
5) Vierta aceite JUKI New Defrix No.2 en el tanque de aceite hasta que llegue al nivel HIGH.
6) Añada más aceite lubricante hasta el nivel HIGH siempre que haya bajado el aceite hasta el nivel LOW.
7) Después de la lubricación, usted puede observar desde la mirilla de inspección 5 del aceite y ver que el nivel sube
cuando la operación es normal.
(Sin embargo, la máquina de coser deberá funcionar a una velocidad de 1.500 sti/min o más.)

5) Versare Olio JUKI New Defrix No.2 nel serbatoio dell'olio fi no al livello indicato da "HIGH".
6) Aggiungere lo stesso olio lubrifi cante fi no al livello indicato da "HIGH" non appena il livello dell'olio è sceso al livello indicato da "LOW".
7) Dopo la lubrifi cazione, si può osservare attraverso l'indicatore visivo del livello dell'olio 5 che l'olio sale quando il
funzionamento è regolare.
(Tuttavia, la macchina deve funzionare a 1.500 sti/min o più.)
