13.2. Error case
Errors are indicated via the Bloom Lab's LED ring in red. Error messages and their meanings are described in Table N° 2.
Further information about the error is displayed in the connected Bloom App
Recoverable errors
A blinking red and white ring
means that something went
wrong. The user is invited to
check their Bloom App to learn
how to solve the problem.
In the case that the LED indication differs from the error message demonstrated in the Bloom App, please contact our
technical support (see section 18.)
14. Troubleshooting
Report fatal errors and malfunctions of the Bloom Lab to Bloom by contacting our technical support (see section 18.).
The following table (Table N°3) highlights possible errors you might face when performing Bloom Tests, determines pos-
sible malfunction messages, and provides instructions on how to correct those problems.

Fatal error
A steady, bold red LED circle indicates
that an error has occurred which will re-
quire servicing of the Bloom Lab to rectify
(for contact details see section 18.).
Action to correct the error
Bring your smartphone close to the Bloom Lab and en-
sure there are no obstructions in between. Re-establish
the Bluetooth connection.
Check to make sure that your Bloom Lab is connected to
a power supply and your smartphone is switched on.
Re-establish the Bluetooth connection.
Check that your smartphone's Bluetooth is enabled and
ready to pair.
Re-establish the Bluetooth connection.
Disconnect and reconnect the Bloom Lab from the power
supply and wait for the boot process to be finished.
Establish the Bluetooth connection.
