PID search
The PID search allows you to search for a particular digital program
using program-specifi c PID numbers.
> Press the yellow PID search function button to open the window
for entering the PID numbers.
> Use the numerical keypad to enter the Audio PID, Video PID
and PCR PID numbers in the respective line.
> Press the yellow OK function button to accept the PIDs.
> To start the search, press the green Start search function
button.
Please take note of the on-screen information.
A query appears on-screen after the search.
> To add the found channels to the list of favourites, mark the Yes
fi eld and press the OK button.
> You can return to normal mode by pressing the Menu button.

> Use the up/down arrow buttons to mark the Channel item.
> Use the right/left arrow buttons to set the desired channel.

9 Program organization

This chapter describes how you can customise the favourite program
list (FAV) to suit your preferences. You also need to use this function
after a program search so that you can add the newly found TV
channels and radio stations to the list and sort them.
When using this function please bear the following in mind: your TV
set as two types of program list – the list of favourites and the TV list
/ radio list. The list of favourite programs contains all the channels/
stations that you have added using the procedure described below.
The TV list and radio list contain all the available channels/stations
that are found during a search. They also therefore include the
channels/stations that you have not added to the list of favourites.
This chapter also explains how to delete channels. When you open
the program list by pressing the OK button the list of favourite
programs is displayed.

9.1 Opening the program organizer

To edit the list of favourites, proceed as follows:
> Open the main menu by pressing the Menu button.
> Use the up/down arrow buttons to mark the TV lists organizing
item to edit the TV list or the Radio lists organizing item to edit
the radio list.
> Confi rm with OK.
The program organizer opens in which you can edit the relevant list
of favourites (TV list or radio list).
The list of favourites appears on the right half of the screen. On the
left half of the screen you will see the alphabetically sorted TV list
or radio list. This complete list contains all the available TV channels
or radio stations.
> You can switch between the list of favourites and the TV list or
radio list by pressing the blue function button.
You have the option of displaying the TV list or radio list sorted
according to various selection criteria (e.g. providers, analogue,
etc).
> First of all, activate the TV list by pressing the blue function
button.
Selection of providers
> If you press the yellow Provider function button, the list of
available programme providers appears on the left half of the
screen.
> Use the arrow buttons to mark the desired provider and confi rm
with OK.
> A list of channels for the selected provider is then displayed.
Channels that are already contained in the list of favourites are
indicated with their associated program place number.
