GENERAL USE
Starting the watch
When the watch has stopped (crown in position 0): wind the movement by rotating the crown clockwise. After
approximately 40 rotations, the watch is fully wound (the winding mechanism does not have a stop to prevent over-
winding). The power reserve is approximately 40 hours when fully wound. When the watch is worn , the automatic
mechanism will wind the movement.
Setting the time. Pull the crown out to position 2. The seconds hand will stop, enabling you to set the time to the
nearest second. Set the time by rotating the crown in the required direction.

USING THE MULTIMETER AND ITS FIVE MEASUREMENT SCALES
The BR 03-94 Multimeter displays five measurement scales defined using three fundamental items of data: the
function ("FUNCTION"), the unit base ("BASE"), and the unit of measurement ("UNIT").
The five functions of the MULTIMETER chronograph
- The pulsometer (orange), which measures the heart rate in beats per minute.
- The asthmometer (dark green), which measures the respiratory rate in breaths per minute.
- The tachymeter 1 (white), which measures the speed in km per hour for drivers.
- The tachymeter 2 (yellow), which measures the speed in km per hour for cyclists.
- The tachymeter 3 (khaki), which measures the speed in km per hour for runners.
Instructions for use
1 - Note down the colour code for the selected function, its base and its unit of measurement in the box or table
("SCALES") to the left of the dial.
2 - Start the chrono by pressing the pusher P1. The large chrono centre seconds hand starts running.
