INSTALLATION

It is the installer's responsibility to check the risks present in the installation area of the product and to determine its suitability
in compliance with current legal regulations and with the product characteristics described in this manual.
Only specialised technicians are allowed to perform installation and maintenance operations. All operations must be performed
in accordance with accident prevention regulations and in compliance with the safety warnings.
If any damage, faults or defects are found in the product, do not install it and contact your Retailer immediately.
The system must be installed in a covered area, where the temperature is between 0 and 40°C and the relative humidity is
between 40 and 80%; it must not be placed against damp walls and it must not be exposed to the elements, it must be levelled
and installed on a solid and smooth floor to facilitate the adjustment of the feet.
The motorised storage unit must be connected to the DOSING UNIT which releases the fuel through rigid or flexible antistatic
pipes; the pipes must have a minimum number of bends with a minimum radius of 30 cm, the maximum vertical difference in
height that can be overcome is 3 m and the total length of the pipes must not exceed 5 m (each).
All fittings and joints of the flexible pipes must be tightened using steel hose clamps to ensure perfect airtightness.
Before positioning the storage unit permanently, complete it by installing the fuel level sensor, already equipped with a flange,
by inserting it into the hole on the side of the storage unit, placing a sealing gasket between the elements (see figure 6).
Also install the four adjustable feet in their respective threaded inserts on the bottom of the storage unit.
The DOSING UNIT will be installed on the boiler hopper to be topped up. The magnetic contact sensor called REED, applied
to the discharge door of the DOSING UNIT, by means of an electrical connection to the motorised storage unit, will monitor
the correct operation of the conveying system. The magnetic contact sensor of the DOSING UNIT will also ensure that the fuel
conveying system switches off if the hopper to be topped up is full.
