ELECTRICAL CONNECTION
BEFORE MAKING THE ELECTRICAL CONNECTION TO THE MAINS, CHECK THAT THE VOLTAGE CORRESPONDS TO THAT REQUIRED
AND THAT THE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM IS BUILT IN ACCORDANCE WITH CURRENT REGULATIONS.
•
Connect the two REED wires with the corresponding ones coming from the DOSING UNIT installed on the boiler hopper lid.
•
Power up the SUCTION module via a 230 V ac power socket.
CONNECT THE WIRES VERY CAREFULLY AS THERE IS LOW VOLTAGE. MAKE SURE THAT THE WIRES ARE POSITIONED IN SUCH A
WAY THAT THEY DO NOT OBSTRUCT THE MOVEMENT OF THE DISCHARGE DOOR OR THE POSSIBLE REMOVAL OF THE DOSING
UNIT LID.
Connection to the DOSING UNIT
N.B. - IT IS POSSIBLE TO INSERT A TIMER (NOT SUPPLIED) BETWEEN THE MAINS AND THE POWER SOCKET SO THAT THE MOTOR
WILL ONLY RUN AT CERTAIN TIMES.
IT IS RECOMMENDED TO USE A TIMER WITH ELECTRICAL CHARACTERISTICS SUITABLE FOR THOSE OF THE PRODUCT.
MINIMUM LEVEL SENSOR CALIBRATION
The sensitivity of the minimum fuel level sensor is already calibrated at the factory, but if it needs to be calibrated again, proceed as
follows (see fig 7):
• Position the sensor in front of the surface to be detected (pellets).
• Use a screwdriver with a max diameter of 3 mm.
• Turn the potentiometer clockwise or counter-clockwise by 2/3 turns until the correct activation point has been reached (LED on).
• If, when turning the potentiometer, the LED lights up immediately, turn it counter-clockwise by about 45° and then turn it
clockwise again until the activation point has been reached (LED on).
