Example of layer between material and plastic frame
When it comes to complex helmet geometries, distinguish between helmets with ventilation slots
and helmets with a layer between the padding material and the plastic frame. In some cases, there is
also material with quilted seams that make the mounting surface uneven. Curved mounting surfaces
also prevent the helmet adapter from lying flat against the helmet.
If the mounting surface of your helmet features a complex geometry, proceed with mounting
variant D (Chapter 3.6 on page 27).

If the tabs of the helmet adapter collide with the sun visor, this helmet
is not suitable for installing DVISION. In this case, please contact the
manufacturer to discuss alternatives ("Manufacturer's contact details" on
page 1).
