6. Use your fingers to carefully and evenly distribute the Sugru over the entire surface of the
helmet adapter.
7. Place each of the two balls you have formed on the round ends of the helmet adapter and
carefully and evenly flatten them so that they blend with the layer of Sugru that has already
been applied (FIGURE 13/6).

8. Place the helmet adapter (FIGURE 14/1) in the forehead section of the helmet, between the inner
shell and the outer shell (FIGURE 14/shown in red). There is a mark at the bottom of the helmet
adapter (FIGURE 14/2) that should be placed on an imaginary line between the middle of the
helmet and the middle of your face (FIGURE 14/dotted line). Make sure the helmet adapter does
not collide with the sun visor.
