Plate holder motion is occurring more slowly
than expected. Foreign matter within the
drive system may be acting to cause system
drag/resistance.
Ensure that nothing is obstructing the plate
holder and the spring finger plate clamp
movement (located near the A12 well
position).
Ensure that the plate is correctly seated
within the plate holder.
Press the touchscreen to reset the
instrument.
If the issue persists, contact Service
Engineer.
