11. Installing the Glass Shades and Light Bulbs
11.1
To Install the Glass Shade: Squeeze the Retaining
Clips towards the Bulb Socket and Slide on the Glass
Shade (Figure 25) . The Spring Clips will Seat the
Shade and Secure it in place .
Install a 9-Watt Medium Base LED Bulb in each of the
Light Fitter Sockets (Figure 25) .
To Remove the Shade: First Remove the Light Bulb
from the Socket, then simply Pull the Shade off using a
Twisting Motion .

12. Removal of the Light Fixture
12.1
NOTE: In some instances it may be desirable to
install the ceiling fan without the light fixture. If this
is the case, proceed as follows. (You may want to
keep the light fixture for possible future use.)
Light bulbs and glass shades removed.
Remove the Three Switch Housing Screws securing
the Light Fixture (Figure 26) .
Retain the Three Switch Housing Screws for Future
Use .
12.2
Disconnect the Two Wire Connectors that are securing
the Light Fixture Wires to the Switch Housing Wires
(Figure 27) .
Retain the Wire Connectors for Future Use .
