check electrical secondary steering function. On Motor Graders, lean the front wheels left and
right.
Hydraulic system: Run all hydraulic cylinders to their respective end position.
Check all equipment and functions.
10 Check that there are no fuel, water or oil leaks. If necessary, check-tighten connections, clamps
and fittings.
11 Any malfunctions or defects must be corrected, noted and reported to the supervisor.

Esquema de lubricación y cuidados
La sección "Esquema de lubricación y cuidados" describe el tra-
bajo de mantenimiento que puede realizar el operador. Si algunas
operaciones requieren personal de talle capacitado y equipos es-
peciales, se indicará esto.
Historial de servicio
Después de cada servicio realizado en un taller oficial de Volvo
CE, se debe rellenar el historial de servicio, según la página 222.
El historial de servicio es un documentos valioso, al que puede
remitirse, por ejemplo, cuando se venda la máquina.
Inspecciones de llegada y entrega
Antes de salir de la fábrica, se prueba y ajusta la máquina. Para

Inspección de garantía

Un taller oficial de Volvo CE deberá realizar dos inspecciones de
garantía. La primera en el plazo de 100 horas de funcionamiento
y la segunda no más tarde de 1000 horas de funcionamiento.
La realización de estas inspecciones de garantía es una condición
para que tenga validez la garantía.
Estas inspecciones incluyen, entre otras medidas, cambios de
aceite y fluidos, que deben realizarse antes de los intervalos
ordinarios.
Mantenimiento

el "Programa de servicio" o el "Esquema de lubricación y cuida-
dos" en este capítulo.
