Cleaning the tank
Emptying the tank, refer to page 27 chapter 7.2!
Swivelling the heating element, refer to page 27 chapter 7.3!
. Remove food residues (breadcrumb coatings).
. Place a container beneath the drain.
. Spray caked on residues on the heating element with diluted grill cleaner (mixing ratio: 1 part grill
cleaner to 10 parts water). Allow to work for approx. 10 minutes.

Cleaning the frying baskets
● Do not use any abrasive cleaners on the frying basket! Do not scratch the frying basket! The fry
ing basket may not be immersed into a caustic or acid cleaning solution!
. Clean frying basket with fat-dissolving cleaning agent or clean in the dishwasher.
. Rinse frying basket well and rub dry.

Clean stainless steel surfaces
. Clean stainless steel surfaces with grease-dissolving cleaner or a special stainless steel cleaner.
. Dry cleaned parts and surfaces with a soft cloth.
. Swivel heating element in.
. Place fry basket into the tank and put cover on top.

. Immediately clean any fat splashes off the floor!

. Clean the pan using hot water and grease cut

. Drain the cleaning solution into a container.
. Rinse the tank with clear water, drain and rub
dry with a soft, fluff free cloth.
. Close drain tap.
