Characteristic
The torque and angle
wrench switches off
automatically when not in
use.
The battery status indicator
lights up red.
The torque and angle
wrench does not trigger in
"Click" function mode.
Communication between the
torque and angle wrench and
the SENSOMASTER
software is disturbed.
Display message:
Memory full!
Display message:
TARE
The display does not
disappear after 90 s at the
latest.

Cause
A time is set for automatic shut-off
when the torque and angle wrench
is not in use.
The batteries/rechargeable
batteries are spent.
Electromechanical triggering is
defective.
The PC cannot establish a
connection to the torque and angle
wrench.
The fastener data memory is full.
The torque and angle wrench is
being loaded during taring or the
measuring element has been
damaged due to overloading.
Remedy
The function can be switched off or
the set time can be changed, see
page 42.
Exchange the spent
batteries/rechargeable batteries for
full ones of the same type.
Send the torque and angle wrench
to the service department.
Check that the cable connector is
firmly seated.
Restart the SENSOMASTER
software and the torque and angle
wrench.
Send the torque and angle wrench
to the service department.
Start the SENSOMASTER software
on the PC.
Connect the torque and angle
wrench to the PC.
Switch the torque and angle wrench
on.
The data are transferred to the PC
using the SENSOMASTER
software.
Delete the data in the torque and
angle wrench.
Relieve the torque and angle
wrench.
The error message disappears and
the torque and angle wrench is
tared.
If the error message remains, send
the torque and angle wrench to the
service department.
