TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem
The appliance fails to start /
power on.
The appliance does not vacuum the
plastic bags completely.
Once sealed, the plastic bag start
taking air.

Marking on the product indicates that after the service-life of the product expires, it should not be dis-

electric waste collection points, the user should contact the municipal point of electric waste collection or used
equipment processing department.

Cause
No power.
The plastic bag opening is
misaligned at the vacuum
chamber. The plastic bag seal
weld is not airtight. The film is
dirty along the sealing line.
The plastic bag was pierced by a
sharp edge of its contents.
Some products (including
vegetables and fruits) release
gas once vacuum packed and
sealed.

Solution
Plug the appliance to the mains. Verify that your mains
ratings are compatible with the appliance. Inspect the
power cord. If you suspect it is damaged, immediately
unplug the appliance from the mains and contact an
Authorized Service.
Make sure that the open edges of the plastic bag are
completely in the vacuum chamber. Try to seal the plastic
bag again. Clean the sealing line.
Wrap the sharp edges of the food to be sealed.
The vegetables were not scalded before vacuum packing.
Open the plastic bag and make sure that the food is still
fresh.
