2 GENERAL SAFETY RULES
2.5 Road traffic regulations
No notification on the vehicle registration documents is necessary if the
air conditioner is installed above two metres from the ground and if the
campervan's overall height does not exceed 4 metres after installation.
Moreover, it must not protrude laterally beyond the vehicle's width.
The manufacturer assumes no liability for damage in the following cases:
• Damage to the product due to mechanical influences or connection to
an incorrect voltage.
• Modifications to the product without the manufacturer's explicit authori-
sation.
• Use for purposes other than those described in the instruction manual;
We accept no liability for indirect damage, particularly any indirect damage
resulting from the breakdown of the rooftop air conditioner.

Failure to observe these warnings could result in death or serious

• If the appliance is visibly damaged, do not turn it on.
• Always disconnect the power supply when working on the appliance.
• Only operate the appliance if the housing and cables are not damaged.

or mental abilities or those with little experience or knowledge of the
appliance.
• Do not leave children, persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities or animals inside the air-conditioned environment without
adult supervision. The system may stop and no longer guarantee the
required temperature conditions, endangering life in the air-conditioned
environment.
