5 FUNCTIONALITIES
This condition occurs in particularly cold climates, when the outdoor
temperature is below 5 °C.
If the air conditioner is turned off and then on again, the compressor will
wait 3 minutes from the previous shutdown before restarting again.
The fans will start working normally.
The user must wait before setting any operation.
This function is automatic and serves to safeguard the compressor.
N.B. after 20 minutes that the air conditioner is in operation, the venti-
lation speed decreases for 10 seconds, and then returns to the speed
previously set, this is a behavior desired by the manufacturer.
Condensate drain function .
In order to drain the condensate water, the ventilation speed decreases
at preset intervals for a period of 10 seconds and then returns to the set
speed.
This behaviour is not abnormal but an automatic function that improves
the system's performance.
5.4 "Dehumidifying" mode selection
Turn on the air conditioner with the ON/OFF button, select the Dehumid-
ifying mode (
) by pressing the MODE button (
) until the corre-
sponding symbol appears on the display. You can set the temperature
between 16°C and 30°C with the + or - buttons.
The rooftop air conditioner confirms that it has received the data by emit-
ting a loud beep.
In this mode, the air conditioner will start to dehumidify the room. It will
not be possible to change the ventilation speed inside the vehicle.
