The LED lights, integrated into the air outlet unit, emit a pleasant light.
The rooftop air conditioner is controlled via remote control and/or via a
capacitive keyboard in the PREMIUM models.
The rooftop air conditioner features overvoltage protection. If the power
supply voltage exceeds 275V, the rooftop air conditioner switches off and
the overcurrent protection fuse trips.
4.3 Before initial start-up
Safety checks before start-up
Before turning on the rooftop air conditioner, observe the following:
•
Check if the power supply voltage and frequency correspond to the
values indicated in the technical specifications.
•
Ensure that the air intake aperture and air vents are clear and the pas-
senger compartment windows are closed. Ensure that all ventilation
grilles are always unobstructed to guarantee the optimum performance
of the rooftop air conditioner.
Setting up the remote control
•
Insert the batteries (AAA format)
•
Set the time on the remote control (see
chapter "4.7 Description of the remote control").
•
The remote control is ready for use.
Managing the airflow:
The internal unit allows the distribution of the airflow in three positions
which can be changed via the central adjustment knob:
1. By turning the knob clockwise, a frontal flow is obtained.
2. By turning the knob clockwise, a rear flow is obtained.
