Changes to the products
Any change must be authorized in writing by the Manufac-
turer.
Because of ongoing technical updates, the Manufacturer
reserves the right to modify its products without prior notifi -
cation to the customer for any:
a) modifi cations that do not hamper the performances of the
product;
b) modifi cations that are necessary to fulfi l or improve pro-
duct specifi cations;
c) modifi cations that are necessary in compliance with the
applicable regulations or statutory requirements.
Moreover, the Manufacturer reserves the right to supply pro-
ducts featuring such improvements without any obligation or
responsiblity to make such adjustments to previously mar-
keted products. The Manufacturer also reserves the right to
adjust: costs, labels, models availability and components,
based on the market conditions.
