Enable remote AUTOMATIC/SELECT
Connect the cables coming from the remote summer/winter selector (SEI) on the terminal corresponding to SEI on the machine terminal block (see wiring
diagram). Change the relative SW parameter (see Electronic Control Manual).
ATTENTION
Double set-point management
The DSP accessory can be used to connect a selector in order to switch between two set-points. Connect the cables coming from the double Set-Point
selector to the terminal corresponding to DSP on the machine terminal block (see wiring diagram).
ATTENTION
Forced Download (FDL) management
Connect the cables coming from the Forced Download selector to the terminal corresponding to FDL on the machine terminal block. Change the relative
software parameters (see Electronic Control Manual).
ATTENTION
Domestic hot water diverter valve control (CACS)
Consent for the domestic hot water diverter valve CACS can be managed either with the temperature probe or digital contact. Change the relative soft-
ware parameters according to the selected DHW management control (see Electronic Control Manual). The logic for the digital contact is the following:
ATTENTION
RC100 consent management
RC100 recovery unit consent can be managed with digital contact. Connect the cables coming from the RC100 selector to the terminal corresponding to
RC100 on the machine terminal block.
ATTENTION
Force Noise Reduction (FNR) management
Connect the cables coming from the Force Noise Reduction selector (FNR) to the corresponding FNR terminal on the machine terminal board.
ATTENTION
The type of FNR mode (FNR1 or FNR2), activated by digital input, must be defined via the control panel. For the configuration of the digital input, refer to
the manual "Commands and controls".
Shifting Set-point (CS) management
The shifting Set-Point is managed by an external 4-20mA signal supplied by the user. Follow the indications on the wiring diagram supplied with the ma-
chine. Also change the relative software parameters (see Electronic Control Manual).
LBG-LCF1-LCF2 remote control
To remotely control the two signals, connect the two lamps according to the instructions provided in the wiring diagram supplied with the machine.
KPE1-KPE2-KPR1-KPR2-VACS controls management
To manage the evaporator pump controls with consent in voltage 230Vac (KPE1-KPE2), recovery unit pump with consent in voltage 230Vac (KPR1-
KPR2) and domestic hot water diverter valve control with consent in voltage 230Vac and maximum load 0.5A AC1, following the indications in the wiring
diagram supplied with the unit.
2.6. WATER CONNECTIONS
2.6.1. INSTALLATION AND PUMP MANAGEMENT IF EXTERNAL TO THE UNIT
The circulation pump to be installed in the main water circuit should be selected to overcome any pressure drops, at nominal rates of water flow, both in
the exchanger and in the entire water system. The user pump operation must be subordinated to the machine operation; the microprocessor controller
runs the control and management of the pump according to the following logic: upon the machine ignition command, the first device to start in the system
is the pump, which has priority over the rest of the system. During start-up, the differential pressure switch of minimum water flow mounted on the unit is
ignored, for a preset time, to avoid slippage due to air bubbles or turbulence in the hydraulic circuit. After this time, the definitive consent to start the ma-
chine is given. The pump maintains a functioning strictly related to the operation of the unit and is only excluded when the shutdown command is acti-
vated. After switch-off, the pump will continue to operate for a pre-set time before finally stopping, in order to disperse the residual heat in the water ex-
changer. See also the attachment section "Hydraulic circuits".
