6.3 Electrode welding
6.3.1 Connecting the electrode holder

Connect the electrode holder to the appropriate earth socket in line with the information on the welding

electrode's packaging. Leave the wire feed unit with control lead connected to the device.
Use an earth cable with a minimum cross-section of 50 mm
cross-section.
Connect the workpiece clamp to the workpiece with good conductivity.

Connect the earth cable to the earth socket and turn it clockwise to secure it in place.

6.4 TIG welding

Connect the workpiece clamp to the workpiece with good conductivity.

Connect the earth cable to the positive earth cable socket (A) and turn it clockwise to secure it in place.

Connect the TIG torch cable to the negative earth cable socket (B).

Connect the TIG burner's shielding gas hose to the shielding gas cylinder's decompression valve.
