9 Maintenance and cleaning
9.4 Cleaning outer surfaces
Clean the outer surfaces with a suitable industrial vacuum cleaner (dust class H according

to DIN EN 60335-2-69 Appendix AA) or a damp cloth.
Dispose of cleaning residues/cloths in accordance with local regulations.

Switch off the power to the device.

Release the quick lock (G) and open the cover of the

extraction device (A).
Carefully remove the filter (B).

Place the filter (B) with the holes facing up.

Seal the holes with adhesive tape.

Dispose of the filter (B) in accordance with local
6
regulations.
Check the seals in the device for damage and replace if
7
required.
Insert the new filter (B), ensuring that the holes in the box
8
face backwards and line up with the extraction <IN> (D)
and <OUT> (C) holes in the device. The arrows on the
sides of the filter (I) must point upward.
Close the extraction unit's cover (A) and secure it with the
9
quick lock (G).
