Description
► Check the ambient temperature of the MCR
board.
► Check the CAN line.
► Check the control box configuration.
► Check the encoder motor and cable.
► Check the control box to see if the correct motor
type has been set.
► Check the CAN line.
► Check the welding torch intermediate cable
assembly for cable breakage.
► Check the plug.
Check the control box MC or control board in
the device.
Troubleshooting
► Allow the device to cool down with the
cooling unit running.
► Contact ABICOR BINZEL or a service
partner.
► Restore the permissible temperature
range for the device.
► Have an authorized specialist replace
the control box.
► Have an authorized specialist repair
the thermal sensor.
► Repair the torch trigger.
► Check the torch control lead.
► Replace the control box.
► Replace the control box.
► Replace the wire feeder motor.
► Check the contact pins (carbon).
► Check the cable connection.
► Reduce the contact pressure for the
wire feed rollers.
