7 Operation
7.2 Setting up the wire feeder
Electric shock due to live parts
Fatal electric shocks can occur if components are live.
► Set the main switch to <0> before setting up the wire feeder.
► Disconnect the power supply.
Risk of crushing
Limbs can be crushed if device components are improperly installed or uninstalled.
► Keep your hands out of the danger zone.
► The wire feed unit's cover is heavy. Open and close the cover carefully.
► Check and wear your personal protective equipment.

Fully open the cover.

Close the cover so the locking screws lock into place.
