Plug the foot switch cable into the socket of the Y connector.

NOTICE
The foot switch has an IPX5 degree of protection. Therefore this foot control
may not be used in hospital operating rooms. If you would like to operate the
laser unit with the foot switch in a hospital or operating room, please contact
Sirona Dental Systems LLC or your local dental depot.
4.6 Installation of a foot switch or finger switch
without a door switch (interlock)
The treatment room must be protected by suitable measures
(in compliance with IEC 60825-1), e.g. by closing the doors.
