Inserting the main bulb and spare bulb
To avoid any failure of the surgical light during use,
always replace the spare bulb at the same time as
the main bulb.
1. Insert the spare bulb (7) firmly into its socket.
2.
Insert the main bulb (8) by pressing in one end, then re-
leasing it to hold the other end. Check that it is correctly in
place.
3. Carefully insert the bulb holder (5) into the cupola, ensuring
that the male connectors (3) on the bulb holder are on the
same side as the female connectors in the cupola (3).
4. Connect the two connectors (3).
5. Tighten the two bulb holder attachment screws (4).
6. Close the cover (2) and tighten the cover locking screw (1).
7. Check that the cover (2) is correctly in place.
The unit must be operated with the cover closed.
When conducting maintenance, take appropriate
precautions to avoid touching
surfaces labelled as hot.
8. With the light off, press the + and - buttons (13) simultane-
ously and hold them for 5 seconds to reset the Lifecycle
counter (back to 0 hours).
9.
Press the ON / OFF button to turn on the light.
•
Only one indicator (Lifecycle) (9) on the control keypad
should be lit. If this is not the case, repeat from operation
8.
•
After a cold start, the indicators (12) flash in turn until the
operating temperature is reached (approx. 60 seconds).
•
If the warning indicator (10) is lit steadily, check that the
main bulb (6) and spare bulb (7) are correctly in place.
•
If the problem persists please contact the technical de-
partment.
6.3
Testing failover to the spare bulb
This test is used to check that the failover function operates
correctly.
1.
Turn on the light by pressing the ON / OFF button.
2. Once the main bulb is stable (after 60 seconds) reduce
the output to the minimum level by pressing the - button
(13).
3. Hold down the - button (13) for 20 seconds until the spare
bulb is selected (yellower light).
4. Check that the light beam from the spare bulb is satisfac-
tory.
5. Turn off the surgical light by pressing the ON / OFF button
(11) and holding for 2 seconds.
6.
Turn the light back on and check that the main bulb comes
on.

Inserción de la bombilla principal y
la bombilla de emergencia
Para evitar que la lámpara de quirófano quede ino-
perativa, cambie siempre la bombilla de emergencia
al mismo tiempo que la principal.
1.
Inserte la bombilla de emergencia (7) hasta el fondo del
portalámpara.
2.
Inserte la bombilla principal (8) hundiéndola primero por
uno de sus extremos e introduciendo después suavemen-
te el otro. Compruebe que quede bien colocada.
3.
Inserte delicadamente el soporte de bombilla (5) en la cú-
pula, procurando colocar los conectores machos (3) del
soporte de bombilla del mismo lado que los conectores
hembras de la cúpula (3).
4.
Una los dos conectores (3).
5.
Atornille los dos tornillos de fijación del soporte (4).
6.
Vuelva cerrar la tapa (2) atornillado el cierre de la tapa (1).
7.
Compruebe que la tapa (2) esté bien colocada.
El aparato debe funcionar con la tapa cerrada. En
caso de mantenimiento, tenga cuidado con las
superficies calientes señalizadas
con la marcación correspondiente.
8.
Con la lámpara apagada, pulse durante 5 segundos las
teclas + y – (13) para devolver el contador «Lifecycle» a
la posición inicial (0 hora).
9.
Pulse la tecla MARCHA / PARADA. La lámpara se encen-
derá.
•
Sólo se ilumina un testigo luminoso (Lifecycle) (9) en el
teclado de control. De lo contrario, repita la operación 8.
•
En la primera puesta en marcha (en frío), los testigos de
intensidad luminosa (12) parpadean sucesivamente hasta
que se alcanza la temperatura de servicio (60 s aprox.).
•
Si el testigo de advertencia (10) está iluminado de forma
permanente, compruebe que la bombilla principal (6) y la
bombilla de emergencia (7) estén bien colocadas.
•
Si el problema persiste, contacte con el servicio técnico.
6.3
Test de paso a la bombilla de emergencia
Este test permite comprobar que la función de emergencia es
operativa.
1.
Encienda la lámpara pulsando la tecla MARCHA / PARA-
DA.
2.
Una vez estabilizada la bombilla principal (transcurridos
unos 60 s), reduzca la potencia al mínimo con la tecla
– (13).
3.
Mantenga pulsada la tecla – durante 20 segundos (13)
hasta que se active la bombilla de emergencia (ilumina-
ción más amarilla).
4.
Compruebe que la mancha que ofrece la bombilla de
emergencia sea correcta.
5.
Apague la lámpara pulsando durante 2 s la tecla MAR-
CHA / PARADA (11).
6.
Vuelva a encenderla y compruebe que la lámpara haya
vuelto a la bombilla principal.
