9. Ensure both gray
ClickTight release
buttons are visible.
NOTE: If it is difficult to
close you may have
removed too much
slack.
10. Attach the tether hook
to the vehicle's tether
anchor (check the
vehicle owner's manual
for location).
11. Pull the loose tether
strap end to remove
slack and secure
excess webbing with
the tether storage
strap attached.
Forward-Facing
Installation with
Lap-Shoulder Belt
9 Both vehicle lap and shoulder belts are routed
through ClickTight.
9 Tether is secured and excess webbing is contained
and secured within your vehicle.
9 Recline indicator is completely with in the green
dashed lines for forward-facing, after child is secured.
9 Child restraint cannot be moved front to back or side
to side more than 1" (2.5 cm) at the belt path.
9 C ar seat base MUST be flat on vehicle seat and MUST be
parallel to vehicle seat.
NOTE: If the child restraint does not meet the above
criteria, repeat the installation steps or use a different
seating location in your vehicle.
