TROUBLESHOOTING

The following abnormal phenomena occur in use, which is not entirely machine failure. Please
check again before contacting customer service support.

Difficult to close the lid
Difficult to open the lid
Air leakage of lid
Air leakage of float valve
Float valve cannot rise
Exhaust valve exhausting
continuously while
working
When working, the hot disk

Reason
The float is stuck
Sealing ring is not place properly
The float valve did not fall after

How to resolve
Pull down float and then close lid
Install the sealing ring properly
Gently press the float valve with
chopsticks
Open the lid after the pressure in
the pot decreases
Install the sealing ring as required
Clean sealing ring
Change sealing ring
Clean float valve seal ring
Replace float valve gasket
Add food and water as required
Contact customer service support
Put the exhaust valve in the sealed
position
Contact customer service support
Close the lid again
Contact customer service support
Contact customer service support
Unplug the power supply and
reconnect it after cooling. If the
fault is not removed, please contact
customer service support
