GETTING ON THE STEPPER
Push one pedal right down with your foot so the pedal arm and its stopper are lying on the
base frame. Then place your foot onto the footplate of the lowered pedal arm. Place your foot
on the other raised footplate.
GETTING OFF
While standing on the stepper, push one of the footplates right down so that the pedal arm
stopper is lying on the base frame. Then take your foot o the footplate that is pointing
diagonally upwards and put it on the ground. Then take your foot o the footplate that is
pointing diagonally downwards.
MOVING THE STEPPER WHILE EXERCISING
Your stepper simulates climbing stairs. Thanks to the swing e ect, the footplates not only move
up and down, but also swing to the left and right side.
EXERCISED MUSCLE GROUPS
The exercises without the resistance band mainly work out the leg and gluteal muscles.
Exercises in which you step and use the resistance bands strengthen the buttocks, the legs,
arms and shoulder muscles. Exercises in which you don't step, but use the resistance bands,
strengthen your arm and shoulder muscles.
POSTURE
You must make sure that you stand upright during training. You must avoid slouching. When you
perform even steps, the pedal arm stopper should not touch the base frame. So just before
performing a step, switch your weight from one leg to another. It can also be helpful if you hold
your arms slightly bent and swing them in front of your upper body to the rhythm in which you
perform your steps.
STEP MOVEMENT
The movement you make with the stepper is dependent step movement.
