• Electrical plug is not plugged into a live power outlet.
• Gas not turned on.
• Burner parts not replaced correctlg.
• Holes in the simmer rings or slits in the burner rings are clogged.
• Clogged orifice, or wet burners or electrodes.
• Burner ports not reploced correctlg,
A. Yellow flames: Call for
service.
B. Yellow tips on outer
cones:
Normal
for LP gas.
C. Soft blue flames:
Normal
for natural
gas.
• If burner flames look like (A),coil for service. Normal burner flames
should look like (B) or (C),depending on the tgpe of gas.
• The rongetop mog be connected to the wrong fuel tgpe. Contact the
person who installed gour rongetop or made the conversion.
When the knob is at the OFF position, it must be pushed in before
it con be turned, and it con onlg be turned in o counterclockwise
direction. When the knob is at ong other position, it con be turned
in either direction without being pushed inwards.
