TEMEPERATURE".
shows: STEP4 HEATING TEMP. 60° C". Use "+"
& "-" to modify parameter value.
Confirm new temp. data by pressing "ENTER".
Display shows "STEP MODIFIED: CONFIRM?"
Press "ENTER" to confirm or "STOP" to abort
modification. Press then "MENU" more times to
scroll upwards to other menus.
EXAMPLE 5: it is required to modify the step of
spin duration on cycle "SPIN3". To enter
programming, open door. Display shows "DOOR
OPEN" , press "MENU"
"PASSWORD", press 6 times on "START".
Display shows
UP/MODIFICATION". Use "+" & "-" to scroll main
menu until display shows "SPIN", press "ENTER".
Display shows "SPIN1", use "+" & "-" to scroll
cycles available until display shows "SPIN3".
Press "ENTER", display shows "SPIN3 : STEP 1
SPIN DURATION (40 RPM). Use "+" & "-" to scroll
steps in the sequence until display shows "SPIN3:
STEP 3 SPIN DURATION (1000 rpm). Press
"ENTER" to select it . Display shows "MODIFY",
press "ENTER" to modify step parameters.
Display shows "SPIN3: STEP 3 SPIN DURATION
DRUM SPEED". Use "+" & "-" to scroll step
parameters until display shows "SPIN3 STEP3
SPIN DURATION TIME". Press "ENTER", display
shows "SPIN3 STEP3 SPIN DURANTION 180
sec." . Use "+" & "-" to modify parameter value.
When required time is reached, confirm with
"ENTER". Display shows "STEP MODIFIED:
CONFIRM?. Press "ENTER" to confirm
"STOP" to abort modification. Then
"MENU" more times to scroll upwards to other
menus.
20. SET-UP OF A NEW CYCLE
Programming a new cycle is necessary when no
such cycle as required is stored in the library of
existing cycles. (see § 30)
Example: a new washing cycle is required; pls
"START", display shows
"ENTER", display
"WASH". Press
shows "MODIFY". Press
STEP4 HEATING
Press "ENTER", display

make sure that no such cycle is already stored in
terms of temperature, speed, levels and so on.
Since 4 washing cycles are already stored, the
new washing cycle will be WASH5. Also, pls bear
in mind that cycles are composed by a step
series.
We may suppose that a washing cycle consists of
the following steps:
Step1 – water drain (up to 5 cms)
Step2 – water load (up to 15 cms)
Step3 – detergents load (i.e. 3 secs)
Step4 – heating (i.e. up to 45° C)
Step5 – washing duration (i.e. 5 mins)
Suppose now during the cycle operation
motor be the n° 1 (see paragraph n° 31), and that
the rotation speed be of 40 min./h. In this
example, the machine, during the operation,
behaves in the following way: it makes sure it
does not have water inside the drum, then fill up
the drum with water. It pours the detergent and
proceed to the heating. Once it reaches the
temperature wanted it flaps for about 5 minutes.
We clarify that, before to start the programming, it
is necessarily to have a clear idea on how it must
be composed the new cycle and which are the
operations that the machine has to execute.
Then we start the programming of the new cycle
inserting the step sequence wanted.
To enter into the programming open the door. On
the display appears "DOOR OPENED" .
SET- Press " MENU".
On the display appears "PASSWORD".
Press 6 times "START".
On the display appears "CREATION/MODIFY
PROGRAMMES".
Use the keys "+" or "-" to select from the menu the
operation " CREATION/MODIFY CYCLES".
Press "ENTER".
On the display appears "PREWASH".
Use the key "+" or "-" to select from the cycle
menu the cycle that we want to create. In this
case select "WASH".
Press "ENTER" to select.
Display appears "WASH 1".
Use the key "+" or "-" to select from the menu "
WASH 5".
Press "ENTER" to select.
Display appears " WASH 5; STEP 1; UNLOAD". It
could be possible now to use the key "+" or "-" to
or select the operation from the step menu. However
press as the step wanted is already selected press
"ENTER".
Display appears "WASH 5; STEP 1; UNLOAD
TYPE MOTOR". Use the key "+" or"-" to select the
step parameters. To modify one of the parameter
value, press "ENTER" and use "+" or "-" to
increase or reduce the value.
In this step modify the parameters TYPE MOTOR
(same as 1), the drum speed (same as 40 rpm),
the NIVEL (same as 5 cm) and the WDT (same
