The figures given in the table refer to aluminium and glass cups. OT (over-tempera-
ture) is the safety at out temperature if the temperature regulation would fail.
5.4 Operation
There are nine different programs.
Program #1 to #8 are locked. This means that when either of them has been started,
it is not possible to change temperature or time at any step.
During a run using program #9 it is possible to change temperature as well as time
setting. This program can be used to set the right temperature following the drop rate.
See section 5.4.5 Checking the Drop Rate on page 5:9.
5.4.1 Control Unit Settings
Press the "POWER" key on the Control Unit (switch should light up), and the display
will show the version number of the internal software before going to standby, e.g.
showing the previously run program.
