11.11.2 Replacement of the Front
Glass
1. Before any disassembling, disconnect incom-
ing mains supply.
2. See Fig. 6:2. Remove the rear cover by un-
screw the eight screws (pos 1) and washers
(pos 2) and the three screws (pos 3) and wash-
ers (pos 4) at the rear.
3. Unscrew the eight screws (pos 5) holding the
top and the half frontpart with an allen key no
2,5. Lift it a bit and loose the line holding the
front glass from the wheel (pos 6).
4. Lift away the top and the half front part.
5. Loose the nuts on the line and change the
front glass.
6. Assemble in reverse order.
11.11.3 Replacement of the Con-
densers
1. Follow step 1-4 in "Replacement of the front
glass".
2. Lift the front glass and put it beside the instru-
ment.
3. See Fig. 6:3. Disconnect the cooling tubings
(pos 1) and the teflon drain tubings (pos 2).
These drain tubings must also be changed
when changing condensers.
4. Unscrew the condenser holder (pos 3).
5. Unscrew the air nipple (pos 4).
6. Unscrew the magnet holder (pos 5) and the
plastic distance (pos 6). After this unscrew the
screw (pos 7) holding the rod (pos 8).
7. Disconnect the condenser, start with the nut
(pos 9) and take away the holder (pos 10) and
the spring (pos 11).
8. Lift the rod and change the condensers (pos
12), one by one.
9. Assemle in reverse order.
Note: Always use the same sample
rod for respective condener to avoid
leakage.

tions
The equipment is designed to be safe at least un-
der the following conditions:
Indoor use
Altitude up to 2000 m
Temperature 10°C to 40°C
Maximum relative humidity 80% for temper-
atures up to 31°C decreasing linearly to 50%
relative humidity at 40°C
Mains supply voltage fluctuations not
exceeding ±10% of the rated voltage
Transient overvoltage is according to instal-
lation category II which is normal for this
type of equipment
Pollution degree 2
11.12.3 Storage and Transport
Note: Use only original packing ma-
terial for transportation.
Place hands at the arrows, as shown in Fig. 9:1
and lift the instrument. Weight 30 kg.
