The frame of the machine is equipped with load lifting devices (2 hoist straps) on which the frame
must be transported.

14.1 Preparation
Check delivery content
Check the delivery immediately for transport damage and missing parts. Report any damage or
missing parts to your dealer or the shipping company immediately. Visible transport damage must
also be noted immediately on the delivery note in accordance with the provisions of the warranty,
otherwise the goods are deemed to have been properly accepted.
Requirements for the installation site
The chosen installation site must have a suitable connection to the power supply and a connection
to an extraction system. Observe the safety requirements and the dimensions of the machine.
Place the machine on a level, solid surface. The chosen installation site of the machine must
comply with the local safety regulations as well as the ergonomic requirements for a workplace
with sufficient lighting conditions.
The floor at the installation site must be able to bear the load of the machine!
When dimensioning the required space, take into account that the operation, maintenance and
repair of the machine must be possible without restrictions at all times. Also take into account the
working areas of neighbouring machines.
The feet of the machine have fixing holes that are used to firmly connect the machine to the floor.
This guarantees the stability of the machine, without them the machine must not be operated.
Additional requirements for the installation site and operating/working position

The operator stands slightly in front of the saw unit during machining - the entire
circumference of the saw blade is in front of him.
•
Set up the working area in such a way that there is always sufficient free space (2) for
operating the machine and that the operating personnel / assistants can move around
without danger.
Make sure that you are not pressed against other machine parts, workpieces or means of
•
transport by the machine or injured.
As the operator, you know the planned work sequence. The operator must always give clear
•
instructions. Example. If auxiliaries, who are in charge of fixing workpieces, are exceptionally
allowed to work only in their work area as operator you must ensure that they do not get in
danger from the work of the machine or bring their hands close to the cutting unit.
•
The assistants (4) must leave the machine control panel after they have placed or received
the cutting material. They must stay in a place where they do not obstruct work on the
machine.
•
Use a panel handling device when transporting heavy panels to or from the machine.
Always stay outside the working area of the panel saw (5) when not using this equipment.
