Setting position für horizontal cuts
Mitre cuts
Positioning workpiece/boards on the machine
HOLZMANN Maschinen GmbH
The cutting position in the horizontal direction is achieved
by moving the sawing unit in the vertical direction. To do
this, loosen the fixing lever(1) and adjust it to the desired
height position using the dimension scale (2a, 2b) and then
tighten the fixing lever again.
The scale (2a) refers to the plate support in the lower
position the scale (2b) refers to the plate support in the
middle position.
NOTE:
slatted frame / support profile plastic to the saw blade must
be checked in case of possible collision, the position of the
slatted frame / support profile plastic can still be adjusted
by lever (3).
By moving lever 3 from Pos3a to position 3b, the slatted
frame is moved from Pos3a to Pos3b.
Saw is in position horizontal Pos3_h (if this is not the case,
this position can be achieved by unlocking the knob (A) and
turning the saw into the appropriate position. The foot
pedal for vertical locking is located in the Pos1 (unlocked)
Miter cuts can be made by swivelling the saw between 0 and 45°. For
this purpose, please observe the settings and adaptations according to
the operating instructions of the TAS165PRO plunge saw..
Lift workpiece/boards onto the machine and place securely on
slatted frames / plastic support profiles.
Either the lower or the middle plate support can be selected
here.
When using the middle plate support, it must be completely
tilted out by means of lever (1).
When using the lower plate support, the middle plate support
must be in parking position.
Notes on the correct loading of the machine:
-
The cutting material must be placed on the entire surface
on the slatted frame/support profiles (1).
-
For package cuts, place only plates of the same size on the
machine (2).
-
For horizontal machining of smaller workpieces, use the
middle stop and/or the stop (3) when machining on
support rollers.
-
When cutting horizontally or vertically, place the
workpieces on the plate support so that they stabilize, do
not slip and do not tilt forward or down. The workpieces
must be able to withstand the forces emanating from the
saw blade and the spring extraction hood (4-5) and still rest
securely on the machine. .
-
Make sure that there is no material to be cut on the middle
support before switching it off (5).
-
Never stack plates of different sizes or thicknesses on top of
each other (6).
-
The cutting position of the workpieces should be set so that
the parts can be held at a sufficient distance from the saw
blade or fixed manually. Sufficient distance is the distance
at which you do not touch the saw blade in unfavorable
situations, such as when your hand slips. If necessary,
appoint an assistant person (7)
