Preparation of the surfaces
Before putting the machine into operation, carefully remove the corrosion protection or grease
residues from the bare metal parts. This can be done with the usual solvents. Under no
circumstances should you use nitro thinners or other cleaning agents, as these can attack the
machine´s finish.
The use of paint thinners, petro, aggressive chemicals or scouring agents will damage
the surfaces!
Therefore: Use only mild cleaning agents!
14.2 Assemble
The machine and machine parts are heavy!
To set up the machine, at least 2 people and appropriate lifting equipment as well as
qualified transport personnel are required.
The machine has been disassembled for transport and must be assembled before use. Assemble
the machine according to the following instructions.
