16.2 Maintenance
The machine is low-maintenance and only a few parts need to be serviced. Malfunctions or defects
that could affect your safety must be repaired immediately!

Regularly check the perfect and legible condition of the warning and safety labels of the

Use only proper and suitable tools.

Maintenance plan
The type and degree of machine wear depends to a large extent on the operating conditions. The
following intervals apply when the machine is used within the technical limits:

Plate supports
Change the wooden support of the lower plate support:
Remove the sliding surfaces (2) from the wooden support
(3). Then disassemble the wooden support (3) by
removing the fastener (1) from the machine.
Determine the thickness of the sliding surfaces (2).
Reattach the new wooden supports (3) to the machine.
NOTE:
wooden supports are machined directly with the saw and
the thickness of the sliding surfaces (2) in the wooden
support (3) is milled/cut. Afterwards, the sliding surfaces
are reattached to the wooden support by means of the 3
screws.
