Safety
Failure to comply with these instructions for use may result in damage to the
device and/or pose a danger to patients or users.
The device must not be stacked or placed in close proximity to other
electronic devices.
Some portable radio frequency equipment, like mobile phones or RF telephone
equipment, including antennas, may cause interference with medical devices.
Such equipment has to be kept at a distance of more than 30cm (12 inches)
from any part of the instrument. Failure to observe this precaution may result
in the device malfunctioning. If the distance cannot be observed, ensure the
tonometer is functioning as expected before use.
Only approved Haag-streit UK components should be used with this device and
repairs should be carried out by HS-UK trained engineers.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) must be worn when using
this device
Any serious incident in relation to this device must be reported to the
manufacturer and the regulatory authority of the country where the
event occurred.
