10. WARRANTY TERMS
Dear customer,
When acquiring IMS equipments you have one year warranty, from invoice
date, covering manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers equipment servicing, including parts and workmanship.
To use our technical assistance, the equipment should be shipped to our factory
at the following address:

The equipment must be forwarded to IMS with invoice and the Report to
Technical Assistance.
To avoid transport damaging we suggest that the equipment be carefully
packaged, we strongly advise to utilize the packaging supplied by IMS.
Our warranty does not cover equipment transport expenses.
In case you rather prefer a field service, all expenses will be charged to the
user.
The IMS takes no responsibility for any problem verified at the customer place.
Hence, will not be covered values arising from fines or penalties independently of his
origin.
The warranty loses effect when:
At the end of the validity time.
The equipment is violated or altered without Express IMS written authorization.
The equipment was not installed following this Manual instruction.
Defects arousing from misuse or inadequate installing of the equipment.
Damages caused by external agents, as flooding, earthquakes, electric storms,
power electrical grid or power supply problems, excessive vibrations, high
temperatures and any other condition out of the storage, transport and use of this
equipment.
This warranty do not cover damages caused to third parties equipments,
process and personal injuries due to this equipment malfunctioning.
The IMS do not take responsibility for any further warranty terms, other than the
ones here defined.

If the connection type is configured as Star:
Check the Connections.
Check if the tension level is appropriated.
Check if the applied tension at the feeding input is inside the specified
range and if the fuse is in perfect shape
To check the fuses retire the four screws from the panel.
Enable one or more memory registry blocks referring to THD and
harmonics.
