The instructions form part of the product. The operator is
therefore responsible for ensuring that a copy of the instruc-
tions is available to personnel at all times, either at the instal-
lation location itself or in another designated location.
An operator/user is any natural or legal person who uses the
unit or on whose behalf the unit is used. The operator may
appoint an agent to assume his rights and duties.
Skilled personnel are persons whose training and experience
give them the requisite knowledge in a specialist area. In
addition, they are familiar with the corresponding occupa-
tional safety and accident prevention regulations and gener-
ally accepted engineering practice.
Instructed personnel are persons who have been trained by
specialist personnel to perform the tasks assigned to them.
Moreover, they are able to identify and avoid possible risks
resulting from incorrect procedures and have received
instruction on the necessary protective equipment and safety
measures.
In addition to the user groups named above, the unit may be
used by the following persons*:

Children from the age of 8 years
2.
Persons with reduced physical, sensory or mental abili-
ties
3.
Persons lacking in experience or knowledge of the unit
NOTICE!
*A mandatory precondition for use is that
these persons are supervised or have been
trained in the safe use of the unit and under-
stand the associated risks.
