Minimum distance for fan
Make sure you do not cover the fan openings. Otherwise
adequate air flow cannot be guaranteed.

We recommend a clearance of at least 40 cm above the
unit.

Do not place objects on the fan openings (e.g. cups, etc.)
n
Do not lean on the unit or sit on it
Version for wall or ceiling installation
This section describes the version of the unit
with a wall bracket for permanent wall or
ceiling installation.
If your unit has castors, please see
Ä Chapter 3.4.2 'Setting up (castors)'
on page 43.
CAUTION!
Operation without installation is not per-
missible
Units without castors must be mounted on a
wall or ceiling and may not be operated
standing upright.
In free-standing, unmounted state,
– the unit is not stable and can fall over more
easily.
This can lead to injury or material damage.
– The air apertures may be covered, so that
the unit is no longer functional (no air flow).
CAUTION!
Head injuries
If you are installing the unit on a wall, take
care to mount it at an adequate height to pre-
vent people bumping their heads.
This applies in particular to persons sitting in
the immediate vicinity of the unit.
