Do clean
n
the UV lamp exclusively with isopropyl alcohol
n
wearing clean, non-linting gloves
n
using clean, non-linting cloths (e. g. paper)
n
on a clean and level surface
in working environments with a low risk of contamination
n
n
the outside of the housing of the unit - never the inside
Never clean
n
using abrasive cleaning materials or tools
n
with soiled or contaminated cleaning materials
n
on a soiled surface
Please also observe the following points:
n
Always apply the cleaning agent to the cloth, never
directly to the surfaces to be cleaned.
n
The cloth must be merely moistened and never drip-
ping wet.
The cleaning agent could penetrate into the interior and
cause property damage.
n
Wipe the surfaces, applying only gently pressure.
Remove all traces of the cleaning agent from the sur-
n
faces.
The integrated UVC lamp has an average service life of
16,000 operating hours.
Although the actual burning life is approx. 25,000 hours, from
16,000 hours on, the intended effect can no longer be guar-
anteed.
In addition, the burning life decreases by approx. 2 hours per
switching cycle.
