WARNING!
Hazard caused by mercury
The lamps contain small quantities of the poi-
sonous heavy metal mercury.
In large quantities or in the event of prolonged
release, mercury causes severe poisoning.
– If one of the lamps breaks, ventilate the
room thoroughly, for approx. 30 minutes.
– Everyone should leave the room immedi-
ately.
– Avoid direct skin contact with the broken
lamp.
– Wear gloves when picking up the pieces of
the lamp. You can use tape to pick up
small splinters.
– Put the pieces in a sealable plastic bag or
similar.
– Never use a vacuum cleaner to pick up the
pieces.
– You can use a collection set with binding
agent (Item No.: 0304367).
Defective lamps must be disposed of as haz-
ardous waste in accordance with the corre-
sponding regulations.

Third-party components
Safe operation cannot be guaranteed if third-
party components are used.
There is a risk of injury and damage to prop-
erty.
– Use only original units, spare parts and
accessories
The unit has been switched off, and the power plug has been
pulled out.
You are wearing clean, non-linting gloves.

(Optional) If your unit is mounted on a wall or ceiling,
remove the unit from the wall or ceiling.

Lay the unit on anclean, level surface.
