4.2 Cleaning
Wipe the inside and outside of the dispenser with a damp cloth. Remove the drip tray from the
dispenser, pour away any beer and use warm soapy water to clean the drip tray and drip grid.
4.3 Cleaning the beer tap mechanism
The beer tap mechanism must be cleaned before rst use;
once a week and if it will not be used for a longer period of
time. Remove any beer keg from the dispenser before you
clean it.
1.
Place an empty container under the tap.
2.
Fill the cleaning pump supplied with the dispenser
with warm, clean water.
3.
Attach the cleaning pump to the bottom end of the
beer riser pipe.
4.
Open the tap.
5.
Slowly squeeze the pump so that water ows up
the pipe and through the tap (Fig. 13).
6.
If required, repeat the process again.
7.
If you are using a Heineken adapter, then you must
attach the cleaning pipe to the beer hose (Fig. 14).
PLEASE NOTE
If required, unscrew the spike to make it easier to clean the individual parts.
After cleaning, always allow all the parts to dry thoroughly before you replace them
in the dispenser.
4.4 Replacing the CO pressure cartridge piercing spike and sealing ring
When the dispenser is used on a regular basis, the piercing spike and/or the CO sealing
ring may be damaged or unintentionally removed. Should this occur, then they must be
replaced.

1.
Remove the empty CO pressure cartridge.
2.
Use a slim at-tip screwdriver (B) to remove the worn out sealing ring (D).
3.
If the spike needs to be replaced, then also use a slim at-tip screwdriver to remove it.
