Connecting an external energy meter
u Install the external energy meter in the up-
stream electrical installation.
u Connect the energy meter and the product with
a data cable.

The tasks described in this section may only
be carried out by a qualified electrician.
Requirements:
ü The product is connected to an external energy
meter via Modbus RTU and correctly con-
figured. The energy meter captures the excess
electricity from the photovoltaic system.
ü The charging modes are correctly configured.
