Simmer
Program designed for simmering foods that require a large amount of
water or broth below boiling point, such as vegetables or fish.
Slow Cook
This option is suitable for cooking food inside a vacuum bag at low
temperature.
Meat, fish and vegetables are cooked in a vacuum bag in a water bath at a
constant low temperature, which can be adjusted as required.
Cooking times are approximate and may vary depending on the type and
quantity of ingredients.
