WARRANTY
WARRANTY
ABANTERA
guarantees the devices for a period of 3 years in relation to
any type of defect found in them in accordance with the General Law for
the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The warranty includes the repair and replacement of defective parts
by personnel authorized by the distributor or by the official technical
assistance service (TAS), at the place where the installation is located or
in their own workshops. The warranty includes labor and shipping costs
in case of any of the following occurrences.
ABANTERA
is exempt from warranty in the case of parts subject to
natural wear and tear, lack of maintenance, knocks or other defects of
conformity resulting from improper or inadequate use according to the
conditions and operating limits indicated by the manufacturer. Likewise,
the warranty is void in the event of improper handling and use of the
equipment, or in the event that the equipment has been repaired or
modified by personnel outside the distribution company or the official
service center. Parts replaced during the warranty period shall remain the
ABANTERA.

ABANTERA
is liable for the lack of conformity of the appliances when
this refers to the origin, identity or suitability of the products, according
to their nature and destination. Taking into account the characteristics
of the appliances, it is essential for the warranty to cover possible
defects, the installation must be carried out according to the technical
specifications and must be accompanied by the invoice or purchase
receipt.
